PayPal is utilized for payments. 

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use their guest checkout & pay with a credit card. 

When you first click the "checkout" button, shipping cost is not yet calculated.  Shipping is provided in Step 2 of the checkout process ("Shipping/Payment"), after you enter your address, which is needed to calculate postage. 

Shipping cost varies based on the size/weight of your crystals.  In the US, USPS is utilized; the average cost is $4 - $19 per order.  Priority flat rate boxes are utilized when possible.  For large multi-piece orders, feel free to contact us prior to purchase for a specialized quote.

The shipping address associated with your PayPal account is used.  Please ensure it is correct.

At this time, returns for refund or exchange are not accepted, so please purchase seriously.  All sales are final.  If you experience a problem with a shipment though, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll work to find an agreeable resolution.

All pictures are taken in natural lighting; they are not edited in any way. Their color may appear slightly different in person than on your device or computer, based on the screen resolution you use to view.  If you have any questions about color or tone prior to purchase, please email us. 

We strive to provide the best quality product. Because crystal beauties are formed naturally by Mother Earth, they are not always perfect and may have minor scratches or dings, adding to their character. (Occasionally, a damaged piece may be available for sale, and that will be noted in the product description.)
